These towels felt really nice when they first arrived, so I was disappointed when they shrunk a lot after just one wash. I followed the care tag exactly, which made it even more frustrating. They’re not completely unusable, just noticeably smaller now. When I looked into it, it felt like the response was basically hidden behind a policy excuse, which made the whole thing more annoying.

I bought a towel from onsentowel.com a few months back, i’ve been using it way more than I planned. I’m lazy about rotating towels sometimes, so this one has ended up in the wash a lot, but it still looks really good. No weird fraying, tearing, or loose edges so far.
I kind of assumed it might get rough or thin fast, mostly because I’ve had that happen with other towels before, but this one hasn’t. I probably don’t take the best care of my laundry either, so I’m impressed it’s still holding up this well. Feels like it’ll last a while, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

After the first wash, these came out nice and soft, and I didn’t notice any weird lint everywhere. To be fair, I’ve only washed them once so far, but compared to my old towels, they already feel like an upgrade.

I got this for my sister kind of on a whim because I didn’t want to do the usual random gift thing, and she ended up really liking it. The towel looks nice, and somehow it felt a little more personal than I expected. Shipping was fine, not lightning fast, but not a problem either. My only small complaint is the packaging, which could’ve been nicer, especially since it was a gift. But overall, it was a solid pick and she’s actually using it, which is always a win

I picked this towel up for the gym and for traveling, and I’m really impressed!! The best part is that it doesn’t get that weird damp smell, even after using it a few times before washing. It dries super fast too, which makes it really convenient. Definitely happy I got it!!

The color I chose looked close to the photos online. It was maybe just a little darker in person, but still really nice. I also liked that they offered more simple, softer colors instead of only super bright ones.

I’d give it 4 stars because I do think a few more photos in different lighting would make choosing even easier. But overall, I’m happy with what I picked and thought the color selection was solid.

I was pleasantly surprised by how roomy this is. It wraps around me really well after a shower and gives great coverage. i don’t have any complaints.

I ordered the wrong size and reached out about doing an exchange. They got back to me quickly and handled it without making the process annoying, which I appreciated. I did kind of expect a simple apology or a little more acknowledgment of the inconvenience, but overall the replacement arrived fine and I’m happy with it.

I used this after a swim the other day and it was dry again way quicker than my old towel. I threw it over the back of a chair while I made a coffee and packed up my goggles, and by the time I was ready to leave it wasn’t doing that damp towel thing. Super handy for keeping in my gym bag, especially since I hate when everything else in there gets that musty smell.

It got here fast overall, which was nice. The only thing I kept noticing was the tracking didn’t really update until later, so I was checking the same status a few times before it finally changed. Not a big deal, but definitely something I paid attention to

I’ve had these towels for a little over a year now and they still feel nice. They didn’t get all thin or scratchy like some cheaper towels I bought before. The color did fade just a tiny bit after lots of washes, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I’d probably give them 4 stars mostly because the shipping was slower than I thought it would be, and one towel had a loose thread early. But I’m still using them all the time, so overall I’m happy with them

I expected this to be much softer, but after just one wash it already feels rough. what a joke. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

The towels were fine once they finally got here, but the waiting around was annoying. I had to reach out to support just to figure out what was going on. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive on time.
